Why this demo
Loi 25 (Quebec privacy law, in force 2024) requires ALL nonprofits (OSBLs) in Quebec to: (1) have a published privacy policy, (2) designate a Personal Information Protection Officer (DPO/RPRP), (3) maintain an incident registry. Most have none — either from lack of awareness or lack of resources (a lawyer = $1,500+ to draft one).
This tool freely generates a compliant policy from a 10-minute questionnaire, then verifies that the site is compliant.
